2011 Blog Report

Wow – this thing is actually pretty cool. Apparently my blog is big in Brazil. The stuff below this Editor’s Note was auto-generated by WordPress to share the new Annual Report.

I know I owe you all like, a New Years post or something. But those are boring, so maybe I won’t. Here’s fireworks:

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2011 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The Louvre Museum has 8.5 million visitors per year. This blog was viewed about 84,000 times in 2011. If it were an exhibit at the Louvre Museum, it would take about 4 days for that many people to see it.

    Congratulations!

But why is it big in Brazil? From what I know, there aren’t that many Georgians there, and most South Americans (well, actually pretty much every non-Soviet person) do not think about Georgia that much, unless they have a wife/husband or friends that are Georgian.

I have… no idea. Could be a random internet fluke. Based on the math, it seems likely that I have 87 total views from South America, of which 74 are from Brazil, which could mean that there is like one guy in Brazil who reads my blog regularly for some reason, and 13 other people in S.A. who just randomly stumbled upon me when googling something completely different. But it’s hard to say.

    Well that’s pretty cool! congratulations!

Don’t get me wrong, I ❤ your blog, It's ironic though that Sex in Georgia is probably one of your worst posts (blog entries bleh). Anyway keep it up in 2012 and happy new year!

yeah, u never know…i get all kinds of people who stumble upon my blog by googling things like ‘penguin procreation’. and this is not a joke.
the most frequent google search es i had last year was ‘dedasa da shvilis sexi’ which means mother and child’s sex in georgian…
i mean what? mother and child sex? penguin?
